Country, folk, rock, Americana, bluegrass — and a few unexpected favorites.
Music has always been part of my life. After years of building a career and raising a family, I'm making real room for the creative side again.
My solo acoustic shows mix those roots with some originals. I'm influenced by the Grateful Dead, Billy Strings, Jesse Welles, and Marcus King. I keep it simple: good songs, a few stories, and everybody has a good time.
Off stage, I'm with my wife Cassie and our three kids, working on guitars, chasing vintage instruments, or trying to keep this beard from going gray.

Hardcore / screamo.
Norman, Oklahoma.
A five-piece band. I play bass. This is the heavier side of what I do: hardcore / screamo, with room for the guitars to swing before everything bears down.
Keep Oklahoma Heavy put it better than I could: “crisp guitars swing and sway in pendulum form”. Their October 16, 2026 piece, 57//54 - Psalm 23:4, gets into the weight, the sludge, and the vocals—and leaves a little mystery intact. I’m good with letting the songs do some of the talking.
